The Grocery Clerk is responsible for performing all duties of the position in a professional, responsible, accurate, and timely manner.
The Clerk will provide outstanding customer service, promote customer loyalty, meet customer needs, and help create an environment of employee and customer engagement.
Here’s where you’ll be focusing:
Follow all food safety protocols, standard operating procedures, health and safety guidelines, corporate policies, and other programs and initiatives.
Follow company inventory control procedures to order, receive, and display stock as needed.
Deliver exceptional customer service to fulfill customer requirements.
Boost store revenue by actively promoting highlighted products.
Conduct maintenance in the back shop and retail floor to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet Company standards.
Prepare customer orders as needed.
Manage departmental losses as needed
Engage in mentoring junior employees

Above average proficiency in communication, both orally and in writing
