Reel One Entertainment is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to join the Distribution Team at their Montreal office.

This position involves a combination of in-office and remote work.

Job Summary:

The Social Media Coordinator will assist the Marketing Department in promoting our films on VOD platforms and handling daily tasks under the supervision of the Head of Marketing.

Main responsibilities will encompass, but not be restricted to:

Develop social media content for video-on-demand promotional purposes.

Create content for video-on-demand promotional purposes.

Oversee content calendar and posting schedule

Confer with Sales on a monthly basis to verify that social media and marketing strategy are in accordance with sales objectives.

Provide monthly reports on findings and analytics.

Collaborate with Business Affairs to facilitate the connection between the cast and VOD partners for Social Media Promotion.

Offer press kits to all cast members and promote their films on Video on Demand platforms.

Collaborate with VOD channels and social media influencers for cross-promotion.

Promotion

Communicate with our VOD partners to verify that Key Art, promos, etc. are placed accurately.

Assist Marketing with daily client requests.

Who You Are:

1-2 years of Social Media Experience
1-2 years of Experience with Hootsuite
Adobe Creative Cloud Experience (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom)

Proficient communication and presentation skills, adept at interacting with individuals of various hierarchies, and a proactive attitude.

You are working ahead of the schedule.
Proactive and forward-thinking attitude
Exemplary organizational skills – adept at prioritizing tasks and meetings effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Proficient in English language both written and spoken
Interested in monitoring VOD trends.
