Make the most of your well-developed sales experience to expand your area, particularly in the area of air freight.
Become knowledgeable about your customers’ businesses and the industry to establish rapport and trust.
evaluates the scope and nature of the needs of the client and offers excellent internal customer service.
makes recommendations for solutions using industry knowledge and the demands of the customer.
closes deals by tying a client’s requirement to a DHL solution and the potential value that could result for the client.

In order to ensure correct operational handover and implementation to fulfill customer expectations (SLAs & SOPs), gathers pertinent customer information for the RFI, RFP, and RQ and produces papers for customer implementation.

To support your growth plan, establish a solid connection with the Operations and Air Freight Product teams.
THE FOLLOWING ARE YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND QUALITIES:
three to five years’ worth of required sales experience and extensive understanding of air freight.
Proven ability to conclude deals and attract new clients.
strong presenting and communication abilities.
high levels of initiative, commitment, and self-assurance.
PC literate with strong organizational, verbal, written, and telephone communication abilities.
