Job Details:

Full-time
Operating hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Saturday, with some flexibility.
The pay rate is $16.71 per hour with no overtime pay.

Responsibilities:

These guidelines aim to offer a basic comprehension of responsibilities and how to meet them. Orientation and training will be offered.
Harvest fruits and vegetables by utilizing hand tools like shears and knives.
Observe and identify plant issues like diseases, weeds, and insect pests, then inform the supervisor.

Examine the product before packaging to ensure that it meets quality specifications upon completion.
Operate and maintain agricultural equipment and machinery.
Notify the labor supervisor of any crop issues or concerns regarding the quality of the report.

Adhere to all company policies.
Competencies:
Comprehend and adhere to information conveyed verbally by a supervisor or manager.
Report any problems or worries to your supervisor or manager.

Physical Abilities:

Must have the physical capability to lift heavy objects weighing up to 23 kg/50 lbs.
Capable of ascending stairs and maintaining an upright position for a prolonged duration.
Work in a variable temperature setting.
Must have flexibility and range of motion to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with body, arms, and/or legs.
