They are pleased to announce a job opening for the position of Hospitality Support / Brand Ambassador at our Pop Location.

The role will be active from May to October. This contract role provides the opportunity to represent Collective Arts in the Ottawa community and promote our innovative brews in an engaging outdoor environment.

The company seek a dynamic and experienced individual to join our outdoor, summer pop-up trailer in the vibrant ByWard Market area of Ottawa. The selected candidate will help with various tasks related to the space, including the beer garden and bottle shop.

This role will oversee the Ottawa location, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, increasing sales, and upholding the brand’s values and standards. This position offers tips in addition to hourly wages.

As the Hospitality Support / Brand Ambassador at Collective Arts Ottawa, a typical day involves:

Offer amiable and well-informed assistance to customers, assisting them in navigating our beverage selections and suggesting options tailored to their preferences.

– Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area by restocking supplies and sanitizing surfaces.

Educate customers about Collective Arts Brewing, including our brand ethos and dedication to creativity.

Represent the Collective Arts brand by demonstrating its spirit and values in all interactions with customers and team members.

– Help with the daily commencement and conclusion procedures of the Ottawa Space

– Collaborate with the team to establish a lively and captivating environment

-The company seek a candidate who possesses the following:

– Prior experience in the hospitality or craft beer sector.

Proficient in leadership and interpersonal abilities

– Proficient in communication, both orally and in writing, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Experience with craft beer and a strong interest in the industry is desired.

– Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed throughout the contract duration.

An entrepreneurial mindset capable of responding dynamically to challenges as they occur.

High level of stamina needed for working in a changing outdoor environment

– Over 19 years old and certified in Smart Serve.

– Proficiency in photography and content creation is valued.
