Job Summary:

Facilitates event coordination.

Duties:

Event site preparation::

Arranges tables, chairs, and tents for special occasions..Supports special events staff in arranging on-site equipment for vendors and performers.s.

Helps with the installation of event signage.

Assists events staff in identifying requirements for performers and vendors in acoustic, visual, and electrical aspects.

Helps in arranging sound and other technical equipment, staging, and lighting.

Assembles and disassembles equipment for events.

Helps identify and resolve technical issues associated with equipment.

Additional:Serves as the primary liaison for rental groups and vendors as needed..

Interacts with the public, offering event details and addressing inquiries.

Carries out additional tasks as assigned.

Criteria:Comparable to incomplete secondary education..

1 month of relevant experience.
Proficient in communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

Available to work flexible hours to accommodate special events, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Capable of meeting the physical demands of the job, such as lifting weights up to 50 lbs and standing or walking for extended periods.

Must be dependable with a positive attitude and a strong employment history.
