Content Production Producer

We are currently seeking a Content Production Producer for our Calgary Content Solutions team.
When your actions result in success.

Managing all aspects of the shoot, coordinating details and requirements, and adhering to the budget. The producer will ensure that all production requirements meet or surpass client expectations.

Regularly liaise with photographers, DPs, stylists, hair and make-up artists, photo assistants, studio manager, client service representatives, merchandise controllers, and other content producers to discuss deliverables and project status.

Collaborate with clients and internal team members on art direction, merchandise details, scheduling, and layouts.

Manage production teams and deliver content approved by clients.
Handle client requirements such as acquiring permits, model and property release forms, insurance, model negotiations, and freelance negotiations.

Supervise, manage, and delegate tasks to team members involved in client projects.

Conduct and deliver all pre-production presentations to the client and internal stakeholders.

Translate the client’s artistic needs into completed content.

Develop a budget for personnel, resources, and other needs according to revenue.

Commission location scouting, propping, and set building within specified budgets.

Select necessary staff members who fulfill the requirements and financial constraints of the project.

Collaborate with internal team members regarding Production, art direction, and merchandise details.

Responsible for implementing cost-saving measures for both Transcontinental and the client.

Collaborate with the team and management to consistently identify and suggest enhancements to production workflow processes.

Assist in establishing and documenting a shared comprehension of account-specific goals, processes, and protocols.

Participate in all department, company meetings, and Pre-Pro Meetings to comprehend new project creative direction or company health and safety initiatives.

When your knowledge and skills guide us.
Bachelor’s degree in Digital/Photography/Video or a related field from a university or college.
Over 8 years of experience in digital, photography, and video content production.

Proficient in digital, video, and photography production to enhance the quality and efficiency of the production team.

Skilled in using Mac OS;
Comprehension of post-production procedures to enhance the quality and efficiency of production, such as utilizing mask shots and understanding their advantages.

Proficiency in iview, Microsoft Office, Filemaker, and Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
