The remuneration for this role is $21.01 per hour, with a gradual increase in salary through regular training steps, reaching $24.59 per hour (usually attained after 15 months of uninterrupted employment and successful completion of training).

Duties:
Comprehend and adhere to all workplace health and safety regulations, company protocols, and overall workplace guidelines.
Engage in the daily health and safety program by consistently adhering to safe practices:
Ensuring consistent utilization of the necessary personal protection equipment
Ensuring the safe completion of permitted work
Implementing necessary measures to mitigate the danger of being exposed to risks
Engaging in proactive involvement in incident investigations, training sessions, and various health and safety activities.

Adhering to company protocol by promptly reporting any unsafe activities, conditions, accidents, near misses, and workplace injuries/illnesses.
Offer support to the production line Operators
Please verify the labels, codes, banding, and box seals.
Provide support during the process of switching.
Product stacking Sanitation
Additional responsibilities as designated

Requirements:
Grade 12 Diploma or GED
Prior involvement in a food manufacturing setting Able to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds
I am amenable to engaging in a rotational shift schedule.
